To contribute in business growth through different Product marketing activities which are aligned with business expectation and supporting stakeholders towards common goal of the organization.
What you’ll be doing:
Product Management
1. Range of products Local & Imported comprising Plasters, Metal Profiles, Access Panels, Spray Plastering Machines, Drywall Insulation, Raised Flooring System, Technical Boards Range & Solutions
2. New Products (once added)
3. Ensure Product wise Sales Volume increase, Contribution Margin Increase, Inventory Optimization etc.
4. Propagation of Value Propositions for products being handled in co-ordination with Brand & Communication Manager.
5. Business case preparation for all above products – Market research, market feedback, and market potential assessment.
6. Ensure full product marketing support to Sales & Specification Team for above product range in order to assist them in achievement of budget.
7. Maintain ROI on all activities.
Communication:
1. Plan the marketing and communications strategies for different project sectors in co-ordination with Specification teams.
2. Visiting projects & market with Specification teams
3. Meeting key specifiers /decision makers
4. Plan and implement direct marketing initiatives towards mentioned product range in close coordination with Brand & Communications manager.
5. Relationship & Networking events organization in co-ordination with Brand & Communications Manager (Participation in Architect’s meets, Exhibitions, Seminars, online virtual events etc. catering to Specifiers
6. Initiate & Launch exhibition concept in India, Experience Centre in Metro Cities, Wall of Fame – Projects Reference Book & Coffee Table Book for Specifiers.
7. Product Presentations on designated products in meets and events.

1. Preferable master’s in business management with Marketing with 6-10 years of experience.
2. SAP & Excel – Important.
3. Experience in process driven premium Building Materials Organization preferably MNC (preferred industries – Construction & Building material industry) Good analytical & Presentation skills.
4. Proactive and confident attitude engaged personality.
5. Hands-on mentality and field experience
6. Mobility and willingness to travel.
