Tapt Media has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Account Executive to join our team!
Tapt Media is Australia’s leading commercial talk radio network. Home to the country’s most influential stations - 2GB, 3AW, 4BC, and 6PR - as well as a growing slate of podcast titles, we reach millions of Australians every week. With a focus on "Live and Local" content, we offer Australians and brands the intimacy and trust of radio, combined with the deep engagement and storytelling of podcasts and social.
Note on Ownership: Nine Radio is proud to have recently joined Tapt Media. While this recruitment process is being managed by Nine under a transition of services agreement, the successful candidate will be employed directly by Tapt Media.
Day to day you will:
Be the first point of contact for all client enquiries and manage activation of advertising campaigns.
Own internal stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
Build strong external relationships with clients & agency partners for communication, bookings, invoicing and creative queries.
Process advertising bookings efficiently and accurately into relevant systems, including revisions and general management of admin related to client schedules.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and delivery (during and post-campaign), including timely reporting on sales figures as requested.
Work with Sales Executives and the Group Business manager to identify growth opportunities with current and new clients, through competitive and share reporting.

Tech Savvy: Strong baseline skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the Google Suite ecosystem.
Love of Learning: The ability to absorb information and act accordingly, developing in-depth knowledge of Tapt's broadcast and digital products within your portfolio so you can be confident talking to clients and responding to requests.
Passion: You'll demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for our business and the broader audio landscape, while taking an avid interest in your self-development and growth at Tapt Media.
