YOU
You are a motivated Paid Social Specialist eager to grow in performance marketing. You’re curious about social media advertising, enjoy working with data, and are always looking for ways to improve campaign performance. You’re not afraid to test new ideas, learn from results, and contribute to impactful campaigns on a global scale.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support the execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels
Assist in testing different audiences, creatives, and campaign types to identify what performs best
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and contribute insights for ongoing optimization
Collaborate with team members to implement campaign strategies and improve results
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and new advertising formats
Contribute to creative testing and help improve engagement and ROI
WHAT WE EXPECT
At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns
Basic knowledge of major social media advertising platforms, including Meta and TikTok
Analytical mindset, with familiarity with key PPC metrics such as CTR, CPC, and CPA
Strong motivation to learn, experiment, and develop in performance marketing
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented way of working
