Position Overview
We are looking for a highly commercial, hands-on Brand Partnerships Manager to scale our brand-to-brand collaborations and drive significant monthly revenue.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind acquiring new customers through partner audiences, elevating brand awareness via strategic collaborations, and unlocking new revenue streams.
Note: Because the vast majority of our partners and clients are based in the US, this role requires schedule flexibility, including availability for critical calls between 17:00–20:00 EET.
Your Day-to-Day
Proactively source, negotiate, and close high-impact, strategic brand-to-brand deals.
Actively manage, optimize, and expand our existing high-profile collaborations to maximize mutual value.
Serve as the central hub for partnership campaigns. You will align with the Social Media, App, Influencer, and Affiliate teams to ensure flawless, end-to-end execution.
Structure win-win collaborations that convert. You'll build out new revenue streams via product bundles, app integrations, and co-branded campaigns, ensuring every partnership is effectively monetized.
Provide clear, structured reporting on partnership performance, tracking ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and identifying future scaling opportunities.
What We’re Looking for
2+ years of experience in marketing, PR, business development, or a similar partnerships role.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and managing a pipeline.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, growth channels, performance campaigns, and the influencer/creator ecosystem.
The ability to understand how different marketing functions (email, social, affiliates, app) interlock and coordinate complex campaigns across them.
Experience with CRM/pipeline management (preferably Pipedrive) and strong presentation/pitching skills using tools like Canva or PowerPoint.
Nice To Have:
Prior experience in the wellness, health tech, DTC, SaaS, or lifestyle industries.
A pre-existing network of relevant brands, agencies, or creators.
Direct experience managing app/platform integrations or affiliate marketing programs.
