We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be driving the growth of PRISM+ Malaysia by enhancing and optimizing customer experience funnels. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who will be a passionate strong self-starter to manage PRISM+ Malaysia marketing needs.
This experienced and entrepreneur individual will help us oversee and lead the entire media buying from Facebook Ads, Google Adswords, SEO & SEM and email marketing. This driven person will also need to generate data-driven commercial insights, execute high-budget with constant optimization digital campaigns, and manage advertising platform partners. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ overseas expansion team and will report to Country Director of Malaysia.
Responsibilities of a Performance Marketing Lead (Malaysia) but are not limited to
- Formulate, execute, and report on paid advertising campaigns on various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google & Tiktok:
- Conduct in-depth monitoring and tracking systems using Google Analytics and Google tag manager. - Reporting on set metrics to generate insights for ads optimization, A/B testing and website improvements.
- Be passionate about copywriting. Analyse and optimize copywriting phrases to achieve different marketing objective of company:
- Performance marketing copy writing.
- Press Release copywriting.
- Product unique selling proposition copywriting. - Come up with innovative campaigns ideas (partnerships, events, social activation etc.) and for each marketing campaign:
- Develop compelling and creative concepts adapted to global marketing frameworks.
- Set campaign objectives and performance targets for each major campaign, with rationale, anticipation of results and ROI.
- Execute all key aspects of the campaign. - Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders (especially design team on creatives requirements).
- Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders (i.e Facebook/Google account managers).
- Proficient in Facebook Ads platform (>3 years of Experience).
- Proficient in Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Google Tag manager (>1 year of Experience).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing, or any relevant course of studies.
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in digital marketing – preferred to be in performance marketing agency or e-commerce company.
- You should have successfully scaled and led result driving marketing campaigns with clear management reporting metrics to measure success.
- Thrives in dynamic, uncertain, and fast-moving environments, a hustler.
- A strong level of passion to understand thoroughly performance advertisement growth metrics.
