About the role
We are looking for a commercially driven Brand Activation Lead to lead the Wellness portfolio across Malaysia & Singapore.
This role will be responsible for driving impactful brand activation strategies, consumer engagement and strong execution across media, digital, retail, pharmacy and omnichannel platforms. Working closely with Regional Marketing, Commercial, Medical, eCommerce, Finance and agency partners, you will help bring brand strategies to life while supporting category growth, innovation launches and business performance.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead execution of Wellness brand activation strategies across MYSG markets
Translate regional/global strategies into impactful local campaigns and activation plans
Drive integrated consumer campaigns across media, digital, retail, pharmacy and eCommerce channels
Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Finance and Supply teams to deliver business objectives
Support innovation launches, portfolio growth initiatives and commercial activation plans
Monitor campaign performance, business KPIs and market trends to identify optimization opportunities
Manage agency partners, marketing operations, approvals and compliance processes
Ensure all execution aligns with brand, regulatory and governance requirements
Why This Role?
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Activation or Category Marketing within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, OTC, Wellness or related industries
Strong experience in integrated marketing, consumer activation and cross-functional stakeholder management
Experience working within fast-paced and matrix organizations
Strong commercial acumen, consumer understanding and execution excellence
Exposure to Malaysia & Singapore markets and omnichannel activation is an advantage
Location – this role is based in: Hulu Kelang, Ampang
