About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts, including social media strategy and paid advertising campaigns. This role focuses on managing and optimizing performance across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, with a strong emphasis on media buying and lead generation.
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and performance-driven, with deep expertise in social media advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Manage and grow brand presence, engagement, and visibility across all platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to optimize performance.
2. Paid Social Media Advertising (Media Buying)
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Build and optimize audiences including retargeting and lookalike audiences.
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Test creatives, ad copy, formats, and placements to improve performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, leads, and cost per acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement and scaling.
4. Content Collaboration & Branding
- Work with creative teams to develop high-performing visual and video content.
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, and viral content strategies.
5. Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms.
- Build and maintain strong audience relationships and engagement.
- Manage online reputation and brand presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising.
- Strong expertise in TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram advertising platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnels, and lead generation.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
