Social Media Manager – Community & Culture
Tijuana, Mexico | Full-time | On-site / Hybrid
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our community and culture storytelling across social platforms. This role focuses on showcasing the real day-to-day experience of our teams to strengthen our employer brand and attract talent.
Scope note: This role is focused on culture, community, and employer brand — it is distinct from our LinkedIn lead-generation activity, which sits with a separate function and is out of scope for this position.
What You'll Do
Content & Storytelling (External — ~70%)
- Own the content ideas and creative direction for Redial's public social channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Plan and maintain content that aligns with the company Editorial Calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of culture-forward storytelling.
- Capture the daily life of our agents and teams — culture initiatives, celebrations, milestones, and the local community efforts Redial is part of.
- Translate ideas into briefs for our in-house design team, who support asset production, while you remain the owner of the concept and the message.
- Build and nurture our online community: respond to comments and messages, encourage participation, and foster genuine engagement around the Redial brand.
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns for agent recruitment (primarily Meta / Facebook Ads), partnering with HR to place, target, and report on hiring campaigns.
Internal Communications (~30%)
- Create and share content that keeps Redialers connected, informed, and engaged with company culture and initiatives.
- Help amplify internal moments — recognition, events, and community activities — across internal channels, in coordination with HR and the wider Marketing team.
What We're Looking For
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or community building
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Advanced English (C1–C2) and fluent Spanish
- Portfolio or work samples required
Nice to Have (Big Bonus, Not Required)
- Experience working with large organizations in the B2B space.
- Experience in the BPO / CX industry.
- A background in employer branding or culture/community storytelling.
- Experience producing bilingual (Spanish/English) content.
Why Join Redial
You'll build the voice of a growing, multicultural company and have real ownership over how our culture is seen — internally and to the world. You'll work alongside a Marketing team that values honest, people-first storytelling, and you'll help shape what it means to be part of the Redial family.
