About the role
TheChannel Marketing Operations Senior Manageris responsible forleading and scaling marketing operations frameworks, driving strategic optimization of processes, and ensuring seamless execution ofregional andglobal channel marketing initiatives.
This roleoperateswithfull autonomy and strategic ownership, focusing on:
- Transforming operational workflows into scalable, high-impact systems
- Embedding innovation (including AI and automation) into marketing processes
- Driving alignment across global stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners
The role combineshands-on execution with strategic leadership, requiring the ability to translate complex business needs into structured, efficient, and measurable operational models
Day to day responsibilities
1) Strategic Operations Leadership
- Own and continuously evolve global channel marketing operations frameworks
- Identifyopportunities to scale, standardize, and automate processes across regions
- Introduceinnovative approaches (e.g., AI, workflow automation) to improve efficiency and output quality
2) Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with program sponsors, Partner Marketing teams, and key stakeholders
- Act asa central pointof operational alignment across internal teams and third-party agencies
- Translate strategicobjectivesinto actionable workflows and execution plans
3) Process Optimization & Governance
- Lead the design, documentation, and governance of marketing processes and workflows
- Ensure all documentationremainsup to date, relevant, and scalable
- Proactivelyidentifyinefficiencies and implement improvements across programs
4) Program & Campaign Operations
- Oversee andoptimizeexecution of Partner Marketing Campaign (PMC) processes
- Monitor campaign performance andutilization, providing insights and recommendations
- Ensure consistent delivery standards across all channel marketing initiatives
5) Agency & Vendor Management
- Own relationships with localization, demand gen, contentcreationandother relevantthird-party agencies
- Optimizelocalization,approvalsand otherworkflows to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency
- Ensure external partners are aligned with operational standards and SLAsapproved by the client
6) Operational Delivery Oversight
- Oversee execution of key operational tasks, including:
- AV ticket creation and management in SFDC
- Event promotion via social platforms and web channels
- Channel portal and PMC content updates
7) Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Define and evolve reporting frameworks for campaign performance and operational KPIs
- Provideactionable insights to improve program impact and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement cycles across all operational workflows
8) Leadership & Capability Building
- Provide guidance and direction to operational team members or junior roles (if applicable)
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on operational strategy and transformation
- Maintain a commercial mindset that helps usunderstand the client evolving needs where TCC can support providingadditionalservices
