About the role
As a Brand Manager for Digital & Social Commerce, you will be responsible for designing effective content activation and platform strategies for key brands within the category portfolio. You will oversee the effective deployment of global and APAC content strategies and execute with local relevance, building strong social engagement with our consumers across platforms to achieve short-term and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the development of annual Digital and Social Commerce content and activation strategies with clear monthly delivery plans across platforms, working with a brand centric cross-functional team.
- Be accountable for daily operations including the development and delivery of content, activation plans including lower funnel and in-store media strategies, and continuous tracking and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of content and digital campaigns across platforms.
- Management of affiliates and influencers, closely collaborating with agencies to deliver performance across platforms.
- Delivery of digital and social commerce business targets (Net Sales/Brand Contribution) with continued optimization of ROI.
- Manage brand equity through successful deployment and localization of global and APAC content toolkits.
- Manage agency and cross-functional relationships at local level to deliver breakthrough results
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive strong customer engagement and more than fair share on-platform support
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 or more years of brand marketing or commercial management experience with a focus on digital marketing activities
- Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications leveraging social listening and other key digital tools to deliver sustained brand share growth
- Strong analytical skills, deep understanding of d-com dynamics including performance media and social.
- Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

- Ability to collaborate with global teams and deliver results in a matrix organization
- Strong financial capabilities and business acumen
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands
