JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company.
Oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
Create, implement and oversee all corporate communications, both internally and externally, that effectively describe and promote the organisation and its services. This includes a variety of tasks, such as email marketing, website management and content development, press release, publication of white papers, corporate videos and marketing collateral, preparation of presentations, and securing participation in industry conferences/ discussion panels/webinars.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in arts in Marketing, or related field.
At least 10 years and above of related working experience in marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaigns
Initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs/communication strategies to promote the company’s brand, and services in local target markets.
Ensure marketing communication strategies are data-driven and align with overall business goals and objectives.
Keep abreast of emerging trends and share best practices, knowledge and insight, suggestions for improvement and new ideas.
Analytics and Reporting
Track, measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting as needed, to ensure ROI.
Contribute to the preparation of regular reports for senior management on performance, ROI, lead generation metrics, and KPIs.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure all marketing plans within budget requirements.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Maintain and enhance the company's public image and reputation.
Lead Generation
Develop and implement lead generation strategies across digital channels (email, SEO, paid search, social media, etc.).
Create targeted campaigns to capture leads through forms, landing pages, webinars, content offers, and more.
Use data analytics to identify high-converting segments and continuously optimize lead generation efforts.
Nurture leads through email campaigns, follow-ups, and marketing automation, moving them through the sales funnel.
Content Creation
Create various forms of content for various channels (websites, blogs, press releases, social media, newsletters, etc.).
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Manage all website-related topics such as optimising website structure, SEO, content etc.
Plan and execute social media campaigns that engage the target audience and drive website traffic.
Event Management
Organize and promote corporate events, trade shows, conferences, or webinars aimed at lead generation.
Ensure all communication materials and presentations are aligned with the company’s messaging and lead generation goals.
PR
Preparation of submissions for awards and nominations.
Develop and maintain good long-term relationship with media houses and journalists.
Manage and secure speaking opportunities for AESG spokespersons.
Draft responses/Review responses on behalf of AESG spokespersons.
Internal Communication
Manage and create internal communications (memos, newsletter, CSR, organisation charts etc.).
Develop and maintain the company intranet, focusing on improving internal cross-office communication and knowledge sharing.
Help to create AESG Employees’ brand by supporting various recruitment and nationalisation schemes.
Other
Develop and nurture a long-term relationship with in-house teams and external vendors.
Conduct all other activities in a quality, healthy and safe manner and reports any observed problem/risk to the concerned head of personnel.
