Responsibilities/QualificationsIntrado is hiring a Field Marketing Manager - Command Center to develop and execute regional field marketing programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue across our Public Safety business. In this role, you’ll partner closely with sales leadership to plan and deliver account and territory-basedinitiatives, bring campaigns to life through events and executive engagements, and provide sales-ready messaging and tools tailored to government and regulated-industry buyers. You will also own program performance that includes tracking ROI, pipeline contribution, and campaign influence and use data and insights to continuously optimize results.
Key Responsibilities
Field & Regional Marketing Execution
- Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned to the Intrado’s Command Center business line, sales priorities, and revenue goals
- Partner with BU sales leaders to support account-based and territory-based marketing initiatives
- Work alongside Intrado’s event team to assist with local events, trade shows, conferences, roadshows, webinars, and executive briefings targeting public safety audiences for a specific account, business unit, region
- Support end-to-end event execution, including promotion, on-site meetings, and post-event follow-up for Command Center
Sales Enablement & Partnership
- Act as a trusted marketing partner to sales, helping drive pipeline acceleration and deal progression
- Deliver sales-ready programs, messaging, and tools tailored to the needs of Public Safety buyers in Command Center
- Collaborate with sales on account targeting, campaign planning, and opportunity support
- Support partner marketing manager with channel marketing initiatives where applicable
- Partner with Center of Excellence to provide assets for enablement training
Campaign & Program Management
- Localize and activate corporate and business-line campaigns for field execution within Command Center
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and digital teams to ensure integrated execution
- Coordinate with content team to develop customize messaging to align with public safety use cases, funding realities, and procurement cycles
Measurement & Optimization
- Track and report on pipeline contribution, ROI, and performance of field marketing programs
- Collaborate with digital marketing and sales operations teams to create dashboards within Power BI and SFDC for lead attribution and campaign influence
- Use data and insights to optimize programs and inform future planning
- Manage field marketing budget for assigned business unit, Command Center
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, accounts-based marketing, or demand generation
- Experience marketing to or selling into government, public sector, or regulated industries
- Strong collaboration skills with sales and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs and timelines simultaneously
- Comfortable with travel (typically 20–40%)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Prior experience in the Public Safety industry (government, law enforcement, fire, EMS, emergency management, justice)
- Experience supporting complex, high-consideration buying cycles
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Microsoft Planner, Adobe)

The starting salary is anticipated between $100,000 and $110,000 and will be commensurate with experience.
