The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, & discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. The Marketing Coordinator - Levy Canada supports the execution of marketing initiatives across arenas, cultural attractions, and event centers, contributing to programs that enhance the guest experience, drive revenue, and uphold the Levy brand.
This role focuses on supporting sector-specific marketing plans, coordinating campaign execution, and enabling new business and sales efforts. Working closely with marketing leadership, operations, and culinary teams, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in bringing Levy’s premium hospitality experience to life through thoughtful planning, strong execution, and effective communication.

- Marketing Planning & Execution Support
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans tailored to arenas, cultural attractions, and event centers.
- Assist in coordinating campaigns, promotions, and activations aligned with venue and partner objectives.
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and assets are organized and executed effectively.
- Levy Hospitality Draft Development & Delivery
- Support the build, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Levy Hospitality Draft program.
- Assist in planning and presenting training materials and sessions to operations teams.
- Help ensure consistent adoption of Levy standards and guest experience principles.
- Sales & New Business Support
- Support RFP and new business development efforts through creation of marketing materials, presentations, and visual content.
- Assist in building compelling, customized presentations for prospective partners and stakeholders.
- Provide coordination support for sales initiatives, tours, and presentations as required.
- Marketing Materials & Communications
- Develop and format marketing collateral, presentations, and internal communications.
- Coordinate production and distribution of signage and promotional materials within supported sectors.
- Digital & Content Support
- Assist with execution of digital marketing initiatives including social media, email communications, and app-based promotions.
- Support content creation and organization aligned with Levy’s brand standards.
- Reporting & Insights
- Assist in collecting and compiling campaign performance data and post-program recaps.
- Support the development of presentations that communicate results, insights, and opportunities.
- Administrative & Project Coordination
- Maintain project timelines, documentation, and file organization.
- Support meeting preparation, presentation development, and follow-ups.
