What You’ll Do;
The Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and management of Golf Town’s partnerships, events, and ambassadors. This role oversees day-to-day coordination, campaign delivery, and event execution while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
What You’ll Do;
- Act as the lead point of contact for the ScoreGolf and Golf Travel ecosystem, owning executional delivery, streamlining collaboration, and supporting overall objectives and strategy
- Take ownership of day-to-day partnership management between Golf Town internal content team and ScoreGolf, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables while tracking performance metrics
- Lead the execution and project management of key business partner initiatives, supporting the development and rollout of integrated campaigns and content opportunities
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and brand activations
- Support the execution and ongoing management of Golf Town’s Ambassador Program, including content briefing, KPI tracking, and alignment with store operations
- Assist in identifying, developing, and maintaining community partnerships with municipalities, local golf organizations, and grassroots groups
- Coordinate logistics and execution for partnership-related events, activations, and initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery
- Track and maintain accurate records of partnership activities, including performance metrics, reporting, and program outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and communications teams to ensure all initiatives align with Golf Town’s brand and strategic priorities
- Provide administrative and operational support for ambassador and partnership programs, including contracts, invoicing, scheduling, and documentation
- Contribute to the development of partner campaigns and engagement strategies, building strategic thinking while driving best-in-class execution
What You'll Bring;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, or account/project management
- Background or strong interest in the golf industry, sports marketing, or retail is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partnerships or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Willingness to travel and support events/activations as required
