Reporting to the Director of Media and Marketing Operations, the email marketing manager will be a expert regarding best practices with email campaigns. This role will be responsible for theexecution of email marketing strategies including Mass emails and personalized automated emails to both B2B and B2C audiences. This role will be responsible for driving customer engagement, sales, and generating awareness of the brand and products. As a cross functional partner and leader, this role will be responsible for leading a team of email marketing professionals to develop, execute and analyze email marketing campaigns, encouraging agility and creativity with email.
Management of the entire email marketing function: own all calendar planning, oversee briefing and creative development, monitor results and reporting, establish testing criteria, and strategic advancement of the program.
