We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Brand Manager – Own Brands to help bring our brands to life across product development, packaging, campaigns and content.
What you’ll be doing
Helping execute brand strategies across products, packaging, promotions and communications.
Creating and coordinating eye‑catching brand assets and campaigns that build awareness and loyalty.
Being the go‑to brand champion, working closely with Creative, Category, Retail and Customer Experience teams.
Project managing packaging design and refreshes for new, core and seasonal products.
Managing digital content, photography and branded assets — keeping everything on‑brand and on point.
Keeping a pulse on customer feedback and trends to support continuous brand improvement.
What we’re looking for
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce or similar.
3+ years’ experience in brand or marketing roles (FMCG or consumer goods ideal).
Strong project management and communication skills, with experience working with creatives and agencies.
A proactive, creative thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
A genuine love of pets and passion for doing great work as part of a values‑led team
