The Role
Beanfield has always been involved in local community events and this summer we're hitting the streets of Toronto for our summer community events tour. We’re looking for two high-energy, reliable, and tech-savvy ambassadors to lead the way. You’ll be driving our branded electric vehicle, setting up a pop-up at some of the city’s coolest festivals and community events, and helping Toronto condo dwellers discover what 100% fibre Internet is all about.
What You’ll Do
Drive our custom-branded VW ID. Buzz to various events across Toronto.
Represent Beanfield at festivals, community events, and condo building special events. Increase brand awareness by engaging with people to speak about Beanfield and why our residential Internet services are beloved by our customers.
Handle the setup/teardown of our activation and drop-off after the event.
Hand out marketing materials, swag, manage food vendors that join the pop-up, and help run contests.
Maintain adequate levels of marketing materials and swag, reporting when levels are low.
Work closely with event organizers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Take photos and assist with creating content for social media posts.
Various other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
Outgoing: You love talking to people and have a "nothing is too small" attitude.
Reliable: You’re self-sufficient and can handle a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
Driver: You have a valid G license and a clean driving record.
Certified: You’re smart serve certified
Local: You know Toronto neighbourhoods and love being part of the community.
What You Bring
Completed high school or equivalent.
Great communications skills
Know about Beanfield, our services and our brand (don’t worry - there will be lots of training too)
Tech-enthusiast and a quick technical learner
Social media savvy
Hours: Approx. 20 hours/week (often evenings and weekends but schedule will fluctuate week by week).

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. The salary range indicated includes a Short Term Incentive Plan (“STIP”) which represents a percentage of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The STIP payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The STIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the STIP’s eligibility requirements.
