We are seeking an intern to support the development and rollout of Edelman’s AI platform, tooling, and transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of product management, user experience research, and change management.
The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to help assess organizational needs, identify workflow friction points, support the design of AI-enabled tools and features, and help drive adoption across the firm. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to shaping how Edelman works in the future — and how AI transforms the communications industry more broadly.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Research
Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify needs, pain points, and process friction
Product Design & Development
Assist in defining product concepts, user stories, and feature requirements for internal AI tools
Contribute to wireframes, lightweight prototypes, and feedback loops
Change Management & Enablement
Support the development of change management and adoption strategies
Help create enablement materials including adoption toolkits, training decks, guides, and FAQs
Ideal Candidate
Strong interest in product management, user experience research, organizational change, or innovation
Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in product, consulting, research, strategy, or innovation is a plus
Additional Information:
Interns are paid $22/ hour and are expected to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/ week)
The internship is a 10-week program beginning on Monday, June 8, 2026 to Friday, August 14, 2026
In order to be considered, candidates must be a rising senior who has completed their junior year of undergraduate study by Summer 2026, a graduating senior, or a graduate school student
The internship program will be hybrid—3 days/week in office
Edelman does not provide any form of housing reimbursement

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
