The Position
As Head of Marketing & Access you will be responsible for expanding Roche Diagnóstica Brasil's leadership position through innovative models, advocating for integrated diagnostic solutions, digital solutions, and disease management solutions, and the value these solutions bring to patients, private and public healthcare systems, and society.
You will also be responsible for building, and then providing effective leadership for our local teams. Doing so in a manner that is consistent with the Roche Values and leadership capabilities. You will seek to inspire and lead cross-functional teams to create transformative solutions, and to influence their prioritization and uptake in the wider organization, in order to ensure that customer solutions are at the forefront of DIA Brazil and deliver its optimal contribution to the Roche Diagnostics Vision.
The Opportunity:
Responsible for cross-portfolio activities, such as cascading and adapting global and regional marketing programs, marketing materials and initiatives and/or supporting the local marketing and sales functions and teams, sales pipeline development, business planning and budgeting, business reviews, etc.
Accountable for the business and Access strategy for the affiliate, in terms of definition and execution.
Collaborating with highly passionate and committed professionals to achieve the goal of improving the quality of tests and making a positive impact, delivering the best possible treatment to patients in the country through personalized healthcare.
Having the mission of building and growing a team rooted in the goal of enhancing customer experience and patient care.
Fostering the future of healthcare working with stakeholders to transform the healthcare sector in this next era of our industry while driving corporate governance measures
iImplementing processes for enabling continuous improvement of DIA business development methods, processes and systems, ensuring opportunities for innovation are identified and colleagues are empowered to drive change
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Significant experience in marketing and access in a comparable professional environment is essential
Proven people management skills with experience of mentoring, coaching, leading, developing and evaluating direct and indirect reports, peers and colleagues
Strong client orientation and service delivery approach, with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including the ability to interpret and make recommendations/decisions based on data
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Availability to work in a hybrid model based in São Paulo
