Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Dealership Marketing to build and scale OEM and dealership-driven activation programs that convert EV buyers into active users of the IONNA charging network. This role will partner closely with OEMs and dealer networks to drive awareness, first-time usage, and repeat engagement at charging sites. The mission is to turn dealership touchpoints into measurable charging behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute dealership activation programs in partnership with OEMs.
Design co-marketing campaigns that drive new EV owners to IONNA charging locations.
Build and manage relationships with dealer networks and OEM marketing teams.
Enable dealership sales teams with tools and programs to promote charging behavior.
Coordinate local market activations tied to dealership regions and charging sites.
Partner with Communications on OEM messaging and alignment.
Track and report performance of dealership-driven programs tied to utilization metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Percentage of new EV buyers activated onto IONNA network
Charging sessions driven via OEM / dealership channels
OEM campaign participation rates
Dealer engagement coverage (participating dealerships)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
A minimum of 6 years experience in dealership marketing, OEM partnerships, or automotive marketing.
Demonstrable relationship management skills with OEMs and dealer networks.
Experience executing regional marketing programs and activations.
Ability to translate partnerships into measurable business outcomes.
