as part of our continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a hands-on marketing professional to play a key role in shaping our digital presence in Israel.
This is a hands-on, dynamic, and central role within the Marketing team, involving ongoing collaboration with Sales, Clinical teams, customers, external vendors, and Alma’s global marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning and hands-on execution of end-to-end digital marketing across paid and organic channels, including social media, content strategy, and performance campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- Create high-quality, relevant marketing content for a professional audience and B2B clients.
- Capture, collect and edit content from the field, including workshops, trainings, conferences, launches, customer meetings, and sales activities.
- Drive lead generation efforts for the Sales team, including funnels, landing pages, forms, email campaigns, segmentation, and performance tracking, while working closely with Sales to identify content opportunities, customer stories, and commercial needs.
- Manage marketing automation and email marketing systems, including audience building, segmentation, campaign deployment, and effectiveness analysis.
- Analyze performance and generate insights, including metrics such as leads, engagement, reach, conversion, CTR, CPL, CRO, and quality indicators.
- Maintain a consistent, premium brand voice aligned with Alma Global standards and local market needs.
- Initiate new ideas, formats, content initiatives, and creative campaigns to strengthen the brand and drive business growth
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Digital / Social Media / Content Marketing / Performance Marketing roles- mandatory
- Proven experience in digital content creation, including social media, short-form video, organic content, and paid campaigns- mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital measurement tools- mandatory
- Experience in lead generation and a strong understanding of marketing/sales funnels.
- High level of English (written and spoken), including working with global teams and materials- mandatory
- Highly independent, hands-on, with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with AI tools for marketing/content creation.
- Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms- advantage
- Experience in medical aesthetics, medical, pharma, cosmetics, or other scientific/professional industries- big advantage
