The Enrollment Marketing Manager leads the organization’s analysis and reporting of enrollment and marketing data aligned to key metrics in the Strategic Enrollment Implementation Plan. This role serves as both project manager and analyst, overseeing enrollment-focused timelines and ensuring marketing campaigns are executed, measured, and optimized to meet enrollment targets.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the Director of Admissions, the Enrollment Marketing Manager ensures data integrity, actionable reporting, and clear insights that support decision-making, institutional priorities, and HLC goal alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI across marketing channels
- Attribute enrollments to specific channels and campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate digital marketing performance
- Conduct trend analysis, predictive analytics, and scenario modeling
- Translate data into insights and present trends to leadership
Reporting & Insights
- Interpret dashboards and provides insight for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with department leads to collect, validate and analyze data for reporting needs
- Contribute to accreditation, board reporting, and institutional planning
- Ensure alignment of reporting with HLC goals and strategic priorities, to include but not limited to the larger institute Strategic Plan, where enrollment and marketing are key functions of the strategic priority (i.e. Goal1).
Project Management
- Manage timelines and project plans tied to enrollment marketing initiatives
- Support the evaluation of email campaigns, enrollment events, including webinars
- Oversee performance tracking across paid media, SEO[1] and AEO[2] and partner channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, enrollment marketing, or a related role
- Significant experience with Google Analytics (GA4) that includes dashboard building and analysis and other digital marketing analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, SEO, AEO, paid media, and webinars/events
- Experience working with CRM and enrollment systems such as Slate, Salesforce, and or Core Campus.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, for example Power BI
- Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources, including external digital marketing agencies and affiliate channels
- Experience with HLC accreditation is ideal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
