How You Will Contribute:
The Regional Marketing Manager serves as the primary marketing contact for their assigned regions. This position is responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives that generate quality traffic to communities, support sales objectives, while maintaining and upholding corporate branding strategy and image standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leadership - Creates a collaborative, trust-based environment, prioritizing customer experience, empowering regional marketing teams, fostering individual growth through feedback and training, and achieving established goals.
- Regional Marketing Management and Execution - Works with the marketing team to develop and execute action plans to advance regional sales and marketing and communication objections. Serves as the primary marketing contact for the entire region, coordinating with field sales personnel and corporate marketing as necessary.
- Model Home and Brand Management - Responsible for overall presentation of community model homes, inventory, and maintains corporate branding standards.
- Event Management and Sponsorships - Manages community specific event planning, regional events, and identifies sponsorship opportunities for assigned region.
- Other duties as assigned.

How You Will Be Rewarded:
