We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Global PR Manager to join Pas Normal Studios in Copenhagen and help shape and drive our global PR efforts.
Pas Normal Studios continues to grow internationally, and PR plays an increasingly important role in how we build awareness, relevance and desirability across markets.
We are looking for someone who understands how strong brands show up through media, community, racing, partnerships and culture and who can turn stories into meaningful visibility and impact.
This is a role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. Someone who can build relationships, coordinate markets and agencies, and help ensure Pas Normal Studios is part of the right conversations globally.
Your role: You will be responsible for developing and driving Pas Normal Studios’ global PR strategy across markets, ensuring strong brand visibility and locally relevant execution.
You will shape and support PR around seasonal campaigns, product launches, collaborations, racing initiatives, retail openings and community activations.
A key part of the role is managing and coordinating our growing PR agency setup. We currently work with agencies in the UK and Germany and plan to expand further across priority markets.
Your responsibilities will include:- Developing and executing Pas Normal Studios’ global PR strategy
- Driving seasonal PR plans around campaigns, launches and key brand moments
- Leading PR around collaborations, partnerships and special projects
- Supporting storytelling around PAS Racing, ambassadors and key cycling initiatives
- Managing and coordinating external PR agencies across markets with clear KPIs and reporting structures
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with cycling, sport, lifestyle and cultural media
- Leading press outreach, media placements and storytelling opportunities
- Managing press calendars, media lists, press releases and global announcements
- Supporting PR around retail activations, events and community moments
- Monitoring PR performance and media impact and translating learnings into clear actions
- Managing PR budgets and ensuring strong execution and prioritization
Who you are: We are looking for someone who understands both PR and the cycling landscape — and who is excited about helping build one of the most progressive brands in cycling.
You are curious, collaborative and structured, with the ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution.
We imagine you have:- 5+ years of experience within PR and communications, preferably from an in-house role
- Experience working across international markets and managing agencies
- Strong media and relationship-building skills
- Experience within sport, cycling, performance, fashion or culture-driven brands
- A strong understanding of storytelling and brand positioning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive and hands-on mindset
- Fluent English, written and spoken
A passion for cycling and an understanding of the cycling community is considered a strong advantage.
