Then you may be our new Student Assistant for our Global Brand Management Team. The Role As a Student Assistant in Brand Management, you will be given plenty of responsibility and tasked with a variety of marketing projects, primarily within marketing communication towards Audiologists.
What you will do
Planning of internal launch events & activities
Supporting the creative agency briefing processes
Working with creative agencies, copywriters and digital teams on a daily basis to ensure the delivery of the Widex annual communication plan
Coordination and creation of content such as whitepapers, blog articles and internal communication
Coordinating and supporting the Widex App, UX and UI teams with the assets and brand input needed in the development of the app roadmaps
Support with planning and execution of internal webinars
Managing Widex brand and communication assets on internal portals (Echo, SharePoint sites)
Preparation of presentation material
Various ad hoc assignments to support the Brand Team All tasks will require close collaboration with colleagues from Brand Management, Audiology, Corporate Communications, and various other functions in Global Marketing
You will also collaborate with stakeholders outside the marketing team such as, agencies and local affiliates.
What you bring
Experience
You are finishing the last year of your bachelor’s degree or have just started your master’s studies with a focus on marketing communications or similar and have a passion for marketing
Previous experience from a marketing organization or marketing/communication agency is beneficial
Personal competencies
You are proactive and self-driven, able to take initiative and quickly find a way with limited onboarding or fluid structure
Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, structuring information, and delivering quality output on time
Visually and analytically minded, with a flair for creating clear, compelling presentations and an interest in understanding brand and business dynamics
Quick to grasp brand identity and tone of voice, ensuring all presentations, materials, and deliverables reflect the brand consistently and professionally
Excellent English skills are required and a substantial understanding of ‘what is good communication’ is needed
You are proficient in and have experience in working with PowerPoint
You have a can-do attitude and are an active problem solver, which enables you to work independently, and you have no problem communicating with a variety of stakeholders
You set high standards for yourself and others, and you take pride in delivering quality
Proficiency in Danish is not a requirement
