Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media channels to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls and messages.
- Engage customers effectively to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
- Capture short videos for reel and the platforms - Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok
- Stay updated on social media trend and incorporate relevant ideas into content and seeking approval before posting or sharing
- Collaborate with your team to post new arrivals as part of the content package
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets and improve customer experience.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, sales, or customer service.
- Proven experience in social media management and sales.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions promptly.
