Our client:

We’re partnering with a fast-growing eCommerce performance team looking for high-level Media Buyers who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to scale aggressively.

This is not a “set and forget” role — you’ll be deeply involved in performance, testing, and scaling campaigns across DTC brands. If you live and breathe paid media and want a role where performance = real upside, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

Manage, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns for DTC/eCommerce brands
Own performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, MER, and LTV
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels
Monitor campaigns daily and react quickly to performance changes
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to unlock growth opportunities

Proven track record scaling accounts with real budget responsibility
Data-driven mindset with fast decision-making ability
Fluent English (you’ll be working directly with leadership)
High ownership mentality — someone who treats accounts like their own

Starting salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month (based on experience)
Clear progression path:
Junior → Senior → Strategist
Performance-based promotions every 3–6 months

This role is heavily performance-driven, with strong upside:

Quarterly salary increases (~10%) based on performance reviews
