Creative Testing & Optimization
- Coordinate closely with creative and growth teams.
- Execute creative testing frameworks and performance iteration cycles.
- Analyze ad fatigue, creative performance, and audience behaviour.
Attribution & Analytics Coordination
- Partner with analytics teams on attribution modelling and reporting.
- Interpret platform data and identify optimization opportunities.
Agency & Platform Management
- Manage media agencies, platform representatives, and advertising vendors.
- Ensure compliance with platform and regulatory advertising policies.
- 5–10+ years in paid media, digital acquisition, performance marketing, or media buying.
- 3 years of people management experience.
- Experience in gaming, fintech, e-commerce, high-scale consumer platforms, or leading media agencies preferred.
- Proven track record managing significant digital media budgets.
- Strong platform expertise and analytical capability.
