β Design and execute full-funnel strategies including awareness, retargeting, and
conversion optimization.
Media Buying & Budget Optimization
β Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve strong ROI and ROAS.
β Track key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversions) and make data-driven
adjustments.
Audience Targeting & Testing
β Build smart targeting strategies using analytics and segmentation tools.
β Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to continuously improve
performance.
Analytics & Reporting
β Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and attribution platforms to
analyze results and produce actionable recommendations.
β Present performance insights clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with
business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
β Work closely with creative, content, SEO, and sales teams to ensure consistent
messaging and brand alignment.
β Integrate paid strategies with SEO efforts to support both short-term conversions

β 5+ years of proven media buying experience with a successful track record in
e-commerce and B2B marketing.
β Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and cross-channel
campaign management.
β In-depth understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing strategies, CAC,
LTV, and ROAS metrics.
β Proficiency in analytics tools and data interpretation for performance
optimization.
β Experience managing large-scale international campaigns and diverse
markets.
β Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a
fast-paced remote environment.
