As a Design & Visual Communications Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Software and Product Innovation team, focusing on user experience design to enhance the overall interaction users have with products, systems, or services. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical skills with creative thinking to deliver innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations, fostering personal growth and technical development.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems and mentoring others, maintaining professional standards while developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Responsibilities
- Designing and enhancing user experiences by applying human-centered design principles
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product interactions
- Developing user personas and journeys to guide the creation of intuitive interfaces
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into product development
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and generate insights for user experience improvements
- Creating and iterating on user interface prototypes to visualize design concepts
- Embracing emerging technologies to innovate and refine design solutions
- Applying industry trend analysis to stay informed of advancements in user experience design
- Engaging in heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues and recommend enhancements
- Supporting client relationships by understanding and anticipating their needs in design projects
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
