In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality design work for various sales proposals, presentations, and support materials.
As a Creative Marketing Analyst in J.P. Morgan Payments, you will leverage your diverse design skills to deliver high-level, visually impactful brochures, webpages, interactive demos, informational videos, and visual content for various sales proposals, presentations, and support materials. Beyond creative execution, you will also play an active role in the administrative and project management aspects of creative services, ensuring smooth workflows, organized asset management, and timely delivery across all projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and execute high-quality visual concepts for bid proposals and presentation materials, including brochures, webpages, product demos, and other multimedia content, ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards across all marketing and communication deliverables.
Identify and integrate visual assets such as illustrations, imagery, and typography to create compelling communication pieces, with an extensive understanding of hierarchy rules, current design trends, and excellent sense of color, space, and layout navigation.
Produce and edit short-form informational videos utilizing professional video editing software such as After Effects or Adobe Premiere, creating engaging, clear, and instructive content for both internal and external audiences.
Revise, edit, and proofread work based on client feedback to ensure content is complete, high-quality, and adheres to company standards.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, such as Relationship Managers and Sales, to gather briefs, clarify requirements, and communicate project status updates to ensure materials meet project objectives and deadlines, with excellent communication and collaboration skills being essential to success in this role.
Lead and manage end-to-end creative efforts across multiple projects, delivering innovative and effective design solutions under varying timelines and pressures.
Manage and maintain an organized repository of creative assets, templates, brand materials, and project files to ensure easy access, version control, and compliance with risk and audit requirements.
Track, log, and coordinate incoming creative requests, project timelines, and deliverable statuses, balancing workloads across competing deadlines using project management tools or trackers
Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including creative briefs, approval records, revision logs, and final delivery reports, while assisting in onboarding new team members with up-to-date process guides and workflow documentation.
Monitor and report on project progress, flagging risks or delays proactively to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Possess a degree or formal education in graphic design, multimedia, visual arts, advertising, or a related field, with at least 4 years of professional experience in multimedia design with a focus on finance-related sales or marketing projects.
Hands-on experience building and managing websites or digital content using platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, Shorthand, or similar web publishing tools.
Mastery of design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and MS PowerPoint.
Extensive understanding of graphic design principles, including hierarchy rules, current design trends, and excellent sense of color, space, and layout navigation.
Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, including experience with project tracking tools or workflow management platforms.
Strong administrative skills, including the ability to maintain organized documentation, manage creative asset libraries, and support process improvement initiatives within a creative team.
Proficient in using both Mac and Windows operating systems.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience developing interactive prototypes and demos for financial services, e-commerce, products, or enterprise applications, including the ability to create interactive prototypes and design systems in Figma, is a plus.
Familiarity with current creative AI and generative AI tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar) and their application in a professional design workflow is a plus.
Experience shooting talking head interviews, working in video production, and handling professional video equipment, with familiarity in lighting, audio, and camera operation in studio and field environments is a plus.
Intermediate video editing skills with a demonstrated ability to produce explainer videos using software such as After Effects or Adobe Premiere; experience creating clear and engaging explainer video content is highly valued.
Experience working in agile teams is a plus.
