Responsibilities/Qualifications
Parallel Management is looking for a Regional Director of Marketing for our senior living facilities. This position plays a key role in providing marketing support for our community leadership teams. Experience marketing at a senior living facility is a requirement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Explain senior living services to vendors, nursing agencies and potential clients
- Knowledge of creating and driving sales culture at the communities with positive influence and attitude
- Develop business development plan and assist the team in developing integral referral relationships in the communities
- Review intakes
- Follow up with referral sources.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts
- Plan and coordinate public affairs and communication efforts to include, but not limited to, public relations, health fairs and community outreach
- Knowledge of the competitors in the markets and understanding points of difference of our communities
- Plan and develop company marketing and communication materials.
- Anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategies accordingly
- Intimate demographic knowledge of the market area.
- Have a dependable vehicle

- Strong knowledge of social media
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 or more years of marketing in Health Care industry
- 2 or more years managing HFA/AFC licensed communities
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- Local travel and minimal overnights
- Strong computer skills
