About the Role
We are looking for a highly strategic, growth-oriented Creative Director to lead the next phase of egelloC’s organic content expansion. This is not a traditional brand management or creative services role.
This position is designed for someone who understands how modern content ecosystems grow, how YouTube functions as a discovery engine, and how strategic content can directly influence lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
You will own the creative vision, content strategy, and execution framework for our YouTube channel while supporting growth across Instagram and TikTok.
Our goal is ambitious: grow our YouTube channel from approximately 3,000 subscribers to more than 100,000 subscribers within 18 months while building a scalable, repeatable content operation that supports egelloC’s broader business objectives.
You will work closely with leadership, marketing, editors, and content contributors while maintaining ownership over content performance and channel growth.
What You’ll Own
YouTube Growth Strategy
Develop and execute a long-term YouTube growth strategy designed to scale subscriber count, watch time, engagement, and lead generation.
Create and manage an 18-month roadmap focused on achieving 100,000+ subscribers.
Research competitors, analyze content trends, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize channel performance.
Content Development & Production
Lead the content creation process from ideation through publication.
Write and refine video concepts, scripts, outlines, hooks, and content frameworks.
Direct video editors and creative contributors while maintaining quality standards across all content.
Oversee titles, thumbnails, audience retention strategies, and content packaging.
Content Performance Optimization
Monitor and analyze key YouTube metrics, including:
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Average View Duration (AVD)
- Watch Time
- Subscriber Conversion Rate
- Audience Retention
- Lead Generation Performance
Translate performance data into actionable improvements across future content.
Instagram & TikTok Growth
Adapt long-form content into engaging short-form content.
Develop platform-specific content strategies rather than simple content repurposing.
Maintain consistent publishing schedules while continuously testing new formats and creative approaches.
Creative Operations
Build scalable content systems, workflows, SOPs, and production processes.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to identify content opportunities that support both organic and paid acquisition efforts.
Utilize AI tools, including Claude, as part of the research, scripting, and content development process.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience growing YouTube channels with demonstrable results
- Proven track record scaling content-driven channels
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, CTR optimization, audience retention, and watch-time mechanics
- Experience developing content strategies that drive measurable growth
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills
- Experience directing editors and managing production workflows
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude to enhance research and content development
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within education, coaching, consulting, or online learning industries
- Direct response marketing experience
- Experience managing Instagram Reels and TikTok growth strategies
- Familiarity with tools such as TubeBuddy, VidIQ, ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms
- Experience leading content teams or external creative contributors

Compensation
Base Salary
$36,000 – $54,000 USD annually
The compensation range is based on experience, demonstrated results, and previous channel growth achievements.
Performance Bonus
