We are seeking an innovative and strategic Creative Director to lead the development of compelling brand narratives, integrated campaigns, and experience-led concepts across a diverse portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the overall creative vision, ensuring all creative outputs are strategically grounded, visually distinctive, and experientially impactful.
Creative Leadership & Strategy
- Define and champion the overall creative vision, standards, and philosophy across all projects and initiatives.
- Develop innovative creative concepts, campaign platforms, and brand experiences that drive audience engagement and business impact.
- Translate strategic objectives into compelling creative solutions across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Lead the development of integrated brand narratives, storytelling frameworks, and communication concepts.
Business Development Support
- Contribute to business growth through creative input for pitches, proposals, presentations, and client engagement activities.
- Develop differentiated creative approaches that enhance project competitiveness and market positioning.
- Identify opportunities to expand creative scope across branding, content, digital, experiential, and spatial design solutions.
- Support the creation of persuasive presentation materials and strategic creative recommendations.
Creative Operations Management
- Direct end-to-end creative development across campaigns, brand identities, event concepts, content ecosystems, and experiential environments.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between designers, copywriters, strategists, production teams, and external partners.
- Ensure creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and effectiveness.
- Oversee creative workflows, reviews, approvals, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Brand Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, communication objectives, and organizational standards.
- Maintain consistency across visual identity systems, messaging frameworks, and experiential design elements.
- Implement quality assurance processes to safeguard brand integrity and creative excellence.
- Review and approve creative deliverables before final presentation or implementation.
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to creative teams.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Support talent development through coaching, constructive feedback, and performance management.
- Encourage experimentation and adoption of emerging creative trends, technologies, and methodologies.
Additional Responsibilities
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Support major project launches, live events, and key organizational initiatives as required.
- Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Be available to support critical project phases and event delivery periods, including occasional extended working hours.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in creative leadership roles within creative agencies, branding agencies, integrated communications firms, experiential agencies, or related environments.
- Proven experience leading integrated campaigns, brand development projects, and large-scale creative initiatives.
- Experience working on events, exhibitions, conferences, experiential marketing, or immersive brand environments is highly desirable.
