OverviewThe Assistant Account Executive (AAE) will execute daily tasks in support of the Account Team.
Responsibilities- Provide support in meeting preparation.
- Serve as liaison to Internal Operations Department and coordinate/execute creative production activities and projects.
- Assist the Account Team with various client, budget-management and financials projects.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications- Some degree of advertising agency experience is necessary as the job requires a high level of understanding of advertising principles and agency functions.
- The position will require the AAE to build solid relations with other agency departments. (Creative, Media Traffic, Planning and Finance) to help facilitate efficient day-to-day internal operations.
- Some client contact will be involved, and an understanding of the Client’s business is essential; the AAE will be required to forge positive relationships with Clients through diligent client service.
- Knowledge of integrated communications (Interactive, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Lifestyle Marketing, Collateral, Merchandising and Direct Marketing) is a plus; prior experience in retail advertising and/or the automotive category is a plus, but not required.
- Willing to work overtime, including evenings, and/or weekend work.
- The AAE position will require extensive proficiency in the use of computers and specific software.
- Implementing and finding new ways to leverage AI in daily workflows is expected.
- Strong focus on accuracy, attention-to-detail, and timeliness is a must.
- Must be able to respond well under pressure.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills are essential.
- Adept ability to keep supervisors properly informed.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills:
- A keen ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working at an expedient pace.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be a self-starter: quick learner, intuitive, and proactive.

- Must assume a high level of enthusiasm and interest in furthering a career in advertising.
- Must have an outgoing and positive personality with a Nothing Is Impossible approach to daily tasks, and take a fresh approach to the business, bringing new ideas to each project and task.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and KeyNote is a must.
- Experience with Adobe softwar, Canva and Illustator is a plus

Compensation Range: $45,000 - $47,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
