OverviewAs a Project Manager (Client Operations) at DSplus, you will lead the execution of complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives from brief through delivery. Acting as the central hub across cross-functional teams, you will drive timelines, facilitate collaboration, and ensure operational excellence across all project phases.
This role is primarily internally focused, with participation in client-facing meetings and communications.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management across integrated campaigns, including digital, social, video, print, and web/product initiatives
- Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making across Creative, Media, Strategy, Data Science, Analytics, and Production teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workback schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Facilitate key project milestones, including creative kickoffs, status meetings, and internal reviews
- Manage scope, track deliverables, and proactively identify risks or timeline impacts
- Ensure adherence to agency processes, workflows, and documentation standards to drive consistency and efficiency
- Partner with Business Operations and Resource Management to support accurate scoping, staffing, and workload balancing
- Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and burn rates, escalating issues as needed
- Document and distribute clear meeting notes, action items, and next steps to keep teams aligned
- Contribute to project retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications- 4–6 years of project management and/or account management experience, preferably within a digital or integrated advertising agency
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across multiple channels (digital, social, video, print, web, or product)
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)

Compensation Range: $72,000 - $80,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
