The Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing product, brand, and trade marketing activities to drive brand awareness and support sales efforts across d.light's product portfolio. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with company objectives and enhance customer engagement. Supports and drives both offline and online regional marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
● Develop and execute the annual country marketing plan aligned with the overall business strategy.
● Implement brand strategy to build strong emotional connections between d.light, its products, and customers.
● Lead channel and consumer marketing initiatives to support market positioning and brand growth.
● Manage marketing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality, and consistent execution in line with global brand guidelines.
● Drive content creation and engagement (Lead generation and conversion) on key social media platforms.
● Support customer experience initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
● Collaborate cross-functionally to foster a motivated, high-performing marketing culture.
● Plan and execute integrated marketing and advertising campaigns to build awareness and demand.
Requirements
