Job Responsibilities:
- Play a key role to design and deliver measurable and sustainable integrated marketing campaigns that drive retail business targets
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors, and retail merchants to deliver mutually beneficial marketing initiatives
- Strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement in the retail market, ensuring brand consistency and compelling messaging across all campaigns
- Develop marketing communication materials, including content and visuals planning, performance measurement, marketing automation, and social media operations. Ensure quality delivery of marketing executions in a clear and simple manner
- Manage end‑to‑end marketing programme implementation, prepare business reports and performance tracking and analyses, evaluates effectiveness of digital programs and provide insights to optimise campaign results
- Support ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, with solid exposure to digital marketing/CRM
- Relevant experience in merchant partnerships or retail collaboration
- Experience in using digital marketing automation tools, such as Adobe Campaigns
- Hands-on experience with marketing applications and data analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and leveraging AI tools to enhance daily work efficiency
- Experience in video and photo editing will be considered an advantage
- Proven experience in managing integrated campaign execution (including content creation and production, social media angle and insights)
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight timelines
- Passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology innovations
