We're looking for a dynamic and innovative Manager to lead our Marketing Localization team responsible for bringing Apple Services marketing voice to life across 50+ languages and 175+ markets. The work spans the full breadth of marketing deliverables: from in-app and on-platform experiences to out-of-home campaigns, push notifications, print, and digital — ensuring every asset, in every market, is compelling in the local language and to the target audience.

This is a leadership role at the intersection of Marcom, Product Marketing, Creative, Legal, AI/ML and Engineering. You'll oversee a team of Localization Managers and Producers, serve as the strategic localization partner to 15+ cross-functional teams, and help shape how Apple Services communicates globally — at scale and with care.
Minimum Qualifications
7-10+ years of relevant experience, including 6 years+ demonstrated experience leading multiple high-performing teams.
Direct experience in international marketing, creative localization and/or marketing operations.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position.
Role requires quarterly domestic travel; occasional international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong operational and technical skillset, with a track record of optimizing complex, high-volume workflows — and the technical fluency to partner with AI/ML and other engineering teams to build the tools and systems that deliver quality localization at speed and scale, without compromising quality.
Proven ability to align localization strategy with business priorities and engage effectively with diverse business units and stakeholders.
Experience working collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.
Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, build consensus amidst ambiguity, and foster trust across teams and levels.
Strong track record of prioritizing, making decisions quickly and changing course when needed.
Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and proactively search for ways to scale with limited resources.
A high degree of cultural sensitivity and experience working with teams across the globe.
Deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of services and hardware (MacOS, iOS, Apple Music, App Store, Apple Podcasts, Apple TV, etc.).
