Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Technical Content & Digital Marketing Specialist who will take ownership of our content strategy and execution, with a strong focus on becoming a subject matter expert in our products and solutions.
This is not a traditional content role. We need someone who is naturally curious and motivated to deeply learn and understand our products, use cases, and audience and translate that knowledge into clear, accurate, and high-impact content.
Success in this role requires strong ownership, reliability, critical thinking, and adaptability as AI reshapes how digital content is created and discovered.
While this role will evolve into a balanced content and web focus, the immediate priority is content development, with website ownership and optimization growing over time.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Development
- Own and execute the content strategy aligned with business goals, user needs, and SEO opportunities
- Rapidly build deep knowledge of products, use cases, and customer segments to inform content creation
- Identify content gaps, prioritize initiatives, and develop structured content plans to improve engagement and conversion
- Create high-quality content including articles, case studies, product positioning, one-pagers, and more
- Translate product and technical information into clear, accurate, and compelling marketing content
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and positioning across all assets
- Continuously refine content based on performance insights, feedback, and evolving business needs
Website Ownership & Optimization
- Support and progressively take ownership of the WordPress website, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement
- Improve UX, navigation, and content structure to enhance user experience and performance
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement updates and optimizations
- Apply best practices for content structure, messaging hierarchy, and user journeys across the website
- Contribute to the evolution of website strategy as the role grows toward a more balanced content–web focus
SEO, AI & Performance Optimization
- Continuously evaluate SEO, AI, LLMs, and evolving search behavior, and proactively adapt content strategy
- Perform keyword research, topic modeling, and content structuring to improve visibility across search and AI-generated results
- Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and emerging AI/LLM analytics tools

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4)
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Experience creating marketing content (articles, brochures, product positioning, etc.)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
