You will be responsible for shaping how a complex, highly technical product is understood and experienced across every external touchpoint. From brand identity to campaigns and executive communications, you will define the creative direction that brings clarity, emotion, and differentiation to a sophisticated audience. Working closely with leadership, product, marketing, and external creative partners, you will transform abstract financial infrastructure concepts into compelling narratives that build trust and awareness. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on creative execution, requiring both executive presence and maker-level craft. Accountabilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end creative vision, brand identity, voice, and visual system across all external and internal touchpoints.
- Translate complex financial infrastructure and stablecoin concepts into clear, compelling narratives, campaigns, and storytelling assets.
- Partner with leadership, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand expression.
- Lead creative direction across web, product marketing, social, video, events, investor materials, and sales collateral.
- Build, structure, and evolve creative processes, including briefs, workflows, and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor internal design resources while directing external agencies, studios, and freelancers.
- Ensure creative output aligns with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and brand positioning.
- Oversee execution of integrated campaigns and ensure consistency across all creative outputs.
- Continuously evolve the brand as the organization scales and matures in the market.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles such as Creative Director, Head of Brand, or equivalent.
- Proven portfolio of high-impact, category-defining brand or campaign work, ideally in tech, fintech, crypto, or financial services.
- Strong experience working in or alongside regulated, complex, or technical industries.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts into clear, emotionally resonant storytelling.
- Hands-on expertise across brand identity, copywriting, art direction, motion, and integrated campaigns.
- Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, and legal/compliance.
- Strong ability to direct external creative partners such as agencies, photographers, and production studios.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect creative decisions to business and growth outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor, inspire, and elevate creative teams.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced, early-stage environments.
