Amazon is looking for an innovative videographer to join its Operations Internal Communications (OIC) team. We are building a dynamic internal newsroom telling compelling and engaging stories of our 1+ million employees at the heart of global Amazon’s Operations. Joining our team provides a unique opportunity to help inform and engage Amazon employees spanning across the entire organization.
As our Creative Producer, you’ll be joining a team that acts as an internal agency filled with multi-disciplinary creatives. This is a hands-on position that regularly requires filming in active operations facilities to capture the day-to-day stories of our employees. The ideal candidate is a versatile filmmaker capable of executing camera operation, video editing, creative direction, navigating ambiguity, and providing creative solutions in the moment, while continuously delivering a high-volume of quality visual assets. Bonus points if you’re just as confident with a still camera, motion graphics, and/or know your way around a broadcast control room – or aren’t afraid to learn.
This position may require travel 50% of the time, and must be located in Seattle.
A Demo reel/ portfolio is required for consideration (roles for each project presented must be specified.)

As a Creative Producer, no two days are ever the same. One morning might kick off with an on-location shoot, while the next could be filled with creating storyboards, scripting narratives, or collaborating with cross-functional partners to shape a brand-new campaign. From scouting grocery locations to sitting in the editing suite crafting a new piece about drone delivery, the work spans the full spectrum of creative production. The Operations Internal Communications team comes to work each day to obsess over the Amazonian experience. We are stewards of our corporate reputation and consistently seek ways to build brand ambassadors from the inside out. We create and deliver communications and experiences to keep our employees informed, engaged, and proud to be Amazonians.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio
- Experience working with stakeholders
- Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative software, primarily Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop/Indesign at an advanced level
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- 4+ years of creative services experience
- Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on or with large-scale, global creative campaigns
- Experience with motion design
- Experience with asset management, design workflows, or partnering with creative teams
- Still photography skills

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
