Global-e is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. We’re looking for a designer who cares deeply about craft, especially typography, layout, and scalable design systems, and enjoys working in the details.
This role is focused on high-quality execution. You’ll take our brand language and apply it across a wide range of touchpoints, from web to campaigns to events, ensuring everything is clear, consistent, and visually strong.
- B2B Content Design -Design presentations, reports, and infographics, turning complex content into clear, engaging visuals.
- Web & UI Design -Turn wireframes and ideas into polished web designs using Figma, and support implementation in WordPress (Elementor).
- Multi-Channel Execution Adapt designs across web, social, email, and events while maintaining a consistent look
- Typography & Layout - Create clear, well-structured designs with strong hierarchy, grids, and attention to detail across all marketing materials.
- AI-Enhanced Workflow -Use AI tools to support design work, exploring concepts, generating visuals, and improving production efficiency where it makes sense.
- Design Quality Maintain a high level of visual quality and consistency across all projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in B2B tech or e-commerce.
- Portfolio -A strong portfolio showing typography, layout, and real-world design work, preferably showcasing B2B work.
- AI Tools -Comfortable using AI tools as part of your design workflow.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Degree in graphic design or similar
- Tools -Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Web Skills -Experience working with Webflow, WordPress, or Elementor.
- Working Style -Detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable explaining your design decisions.
- Collaboration -Able to take direction and work closely with a team to deliver high-quality results.
