Why This Role Matters
TheSenior Manager,Product Marketingis a senior individual contributor and player-coach, responsible for owning critical product marketing initiatives while mentoring and supporting a small team of product marketers.This role owns product positioning, messaging, GTM launches, and sales enablement in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Reporting to the VP of Arc XP Marketing, thisrolepartners closely with Product, Sales,Partners,Customer Success, and Marketing to translate customer and market insights into compelling narratives, scalable GTM programs, and measurable business results.In this role, product marketing is a key driver of revenue growth, adoption, and customer expansion.
This roleoperateswith a high degree of autonomy while aligning closely with senior marketing and product leadership.

How You'll Support the Mission
Shape and evolve Arc XP’s AI narrative, helping customers and the market understand the value, trust, and outcomes of AI-driven capabilities within the platform.
Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products and major enhancements, including positioning, launch planning, cross-functional alignment, and measurement.
Define and evolve positioning, messaging, and narrative across buyer personas, industries, and regions, ensuring consistency across customer touchpoints.
Serve as the voice of the market and customer, synthesizing insights from customers, sales, partners, and analysts to inform product strategy and investment decisions.
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Brand, Content, and Growth teams to integrate product messaging into campaigns that drive pipeline and expansion.
Define and track success metrics for launches and GTM initiatives, including pipeline influence, adoption, sales effectiveness, andcontributions to retention andanalyst engagement.
Skills and Experience You' Bring
Demonstrated experience building GTM strategies, launching new products, and achieving measurable awareness,adoption,or pipeline growth
Comfortable operating cross-functionally with Sales,Partners, Customer Success,Product, and Engineering to align market strategy with execution
Outstanding communication skills - ability to work across teams and communicatemarketing goals/results at a team, executive, and company level, both internally and externally
Ability to adapt to changing deadlines, emerging needs, policy changes, and thevariety ofnuances that can happen in product development
AI & Platform Storytelling– Experience positioning AI-driven and platform-based offerings, balancing innovation, trust, and business value.

The salary range for this position is:
$91,800 - $153,000 Annual
The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
