You'll work cross-functionally to activate full-funnel strategies that directly connect digital advertising to retail performance — for retailers and associated platforms across Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart, Target, and more!
This position plays a key role in campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and innovation — with a direct impact on client success and retail sales outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Inform strategy/planning and own execution for clients’ programmatic advertising campaigns across retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, The Trade Desk)
- Build, maintain, and report on programmatic campaigns aligned to client goals and full-funnel retail objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion)
- Optimize and maintain campaigns, including analyzing performance data to inform strategic and tactical changes (audiences, inventory, bidding, creative, and pacing)
- Leverage retailer analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Marketing Cloud, platform reporting, clean rooms) to generate insights and improve campaign performance
- Collaborate across internal account teams (search, shopper marketing, sales), external client teams, and media/platform partners to maximize performance
- Support audience strategy development, including activation of first-party, third-party, and retailer audience segments
- Contribute to media planning, budget pacing, and in-flight optimizations with a commerce-first mindset
- Guide clients and internal teams through clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
- Apply strategic thinking, adaptability, and data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and deliver optimized results
- Send weekly reporting to both client and Harvest Group account team, including analysis and insights on prior week’s performance and campaign progress
- Stay current on retail media trends, platform updates, and emerging programmatic capabilities
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience managing programmatic and/or retail media campaigns, including hands-on DSP execution (e.g., Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, The Trade Desk)
- Strong emphasis on analyzing data and drawing actionable insights, translating findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders
- Strategic thinker capable of using data to inform and refine campaign execution across the funnel
- Experience executing campaigns end-to-end, including setup, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting
- Familiarity with retail media networks (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Instacart, Criteo)
- Exposure to advanced measurement tools or clean rooms (e.g., AMC, TTD measurement tools) is a plus
- Understanding of retail media KPIs such as ROAS, TACoS, new-to-brand, and incrementality
- Self-starter with a drive to innovate and continuously improve processes and performance
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Ability to take ownership and work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Effective multitasker, able to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to connect tactical changes to performance outcomes
- Ability to translate large datasets into concise, actionable insights
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
