Director of Marketing Opportunity:
ProEdge is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing vision—elevating us from a leading single-category manufacturer to the most trusted partner in dental compliance solutions over the next three years. This leader will own impact throughout the customer journey, from positioning to campaign strategy, creative development, multi-channel execution, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
This is a senior leadership role in a fast-growing organization. You’ll own the stewardship of a deeply purposeful brand, establishing a full lifecycle marketing system that drives customer expansion and retention, innovating tribe-building campaigns and educational resources, and directing a team of creative marketers hungry for impact.

Success Looks Like:
- Drive measurable increases in brand awareness and affinity, expanding reach of a brand that customers love and continue shifting perception from “specialty manufacturer” to the indispensable compliance partner.
- Deploying an end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing system capable of delivering a consistent pipeline of new MQLs that are filtered to then feed our SQL pipeline within your first 18 months.
- Maintaining ProEdge’s reputation as the go-to educational authority in our product categories, with external brand health metrics that classify us in the Top 3 Most Credible Partners by 36 months.
- Strengthen strategic distribution partnerships while driving deeper penetration into independent dental practices, delivering measurable growth in new customer acquisition and channel revenue.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with sales leadership to strategically align Marketing and Sales through shared ownership of revenue objectives and deliverables that support sales enablement.
- Drive rapid adoption and active usage of ProEdge’s digital compliance solution, increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Leading Marketing’s contribution to double our market share growth in the water treatment category while also maintaining our market dominance in water testing over the next 3 years (supported by the release of new products).
ProEdge is in an exciting stage of high-growth and vast opportunity. For the past 3 years our company has repeatedly achieved between 20-25% YOY Revenue Growth targets. Our CLEAR compliance dashboard launched to differentiate us as a leading dental compliance partner to our customers. This year alone, we launched in an entirely new product category, with additional products on the roadmap. A Note About In-Office Requirement:
This is an in-office role with a core schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. ProEdge genuinely cares about the health of all team members. All of us are real people with real lives – appointments, kids get sick, moments at home we wouldn't dare miss, or the every-so-often need for a deep focus day away from the pop-ins. We’re a team that supports each other, including when those realities pop up, and offer overflowing flexibility. That said, being a leader in process reliability and improvement at ProEdge means you’re connected to the team on the floor. That happens best when you’re here, shoulder to shoulder with your team, the bulk of the time. Remote leadership doesn’t deliver the same magic for us. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being part of the team and wants to help shape our culture of quality in the every day.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range of $180,000 to $220,000 plus annual bonus based on performance/profitability
