As a Manager Communications C3 with focus on Connected Secure Systems on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving.

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop communication concepts for defined focus topics such as connectivity, compute and security in alignment with divisional stakeholders
- Expand, and maintain a network of relevant journalists from daily, business, and trade media
- Provide press support for trade fairs, conferences, and company events
- Create Executive Communication along defined focus topics for Connected Secure Systems Management
- Develop and implement 360-degree communication projects that align with our business objectives and priorities and enhance our brand reputation
- Create strategic content for relevant channels (internal and external: such as press releases, content for our website, intranet etc.) in an audience-appropriate way
- Identify opportunities to amplify the Infineon messaging on defined focus topics
- Analyze and report on communications metrics for our 360-degree communication projects
- Stay up to date with the latest storytelling trends, best practices, and platform changes
- Collaborate with various international teams and across multiple hierarchies
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
As a Manager Communications for C3 with focus on Connected Secure Systems, you'll be an integral part of our Corporate Brand and Marketing Communications team. Your mission will be to develop and implement
360-degree communication projects that bring our brand's personality, values, and mission to life. If you're a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, we’d love to hear from you.
- A degree in communications, journalism, marketing or equivalent
- +5 years of experience in media relations, corporate communications, public relations or respective agency background - ideally in the field of B2B technology
- A passion for storytelling and writing in combination with strong copywriting skills
- Demonstrate a strong affinity for and understanding complex technical topics; knowledge of the semiconductor industry and an understanding for international standardization and regulatory authorities is an advantage
- First proven skills in bundling topics: boiling them down to core messages to coordinate contributions from a large number of sources (e.g. preparing presentations and storylines)
- Excellent German (at least C1) and English language skills, both written and spoken
- A broad network of contacts in relevant daily, business, and trade media
