Overview
Real Chemistry is looking for a Brand Analyst join our growing team!
The Analytics x Strategy Rotation is an 18 month, immersive development program designed for analytically-grounded brand strategists who want to grow into next-generation professionals supporting healthcare advertising and commercial strategy.
This role sits within Real Chemistry’s Analytics and Insights team and works in close partnership with 21GRAMS, Real Chemistry’s audience-driven advertising and creative agency. The program is intentionally structured to develop talent who can move fluently between AI-enabled research, real-world healthcare data, and high-impact brand and marketing strategy.
This is not a tools-only analytics role or a traditional strategy apprenticeship. It is a deliberate pathway to becoming a strategist who understands healthcare markets, customers, and competition through data, and knows how to turn that understanding into strategic direction for brand creative and commercial teams.
At the end of the rotation, successful candidates are positioned to transition into a full-time strategy role within 21GRAMS.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or Lambertville—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
