OverviewOur Saatchi LA & Dallas offices are looking for college seniors and recent graduates who are eager to learn and gain experience with real client work at an agency! Saatchi’s Summer Internship is a paid 8-week hybrid program from June 15th to August 14th with an opportunity for 4-day work week, providing lessons from various departments at an agency, opportunity to work alongside and gain mentorship from advertising professionals and leaders, in addition to working on real client work.
As an intern, we expect you to give us your energy, enthusiasm, and thirst for knowledge, and we'll give you a hands-on, insider introduction to working at this advertising agency! More than just a resume-builder, our internship program will challenge your expectations, broaden your horizons, and show you why advertising is our passion and why we live to influence popular culture. ResponsibilitiesAs an Intern – Community Insights, here’s what you’ll do
As an Intern in our Dallas office, you’ll support a crew who is dedicated to a community (audience). Across the internship you will support the team in understanding the community and trends on a deeper level, while helping the team contribute to culture and develop content for the community.
Specifically you will:
- Research communities, cultural behaviors, audience passions, and emerging trends
- Gather, organize, and synthesize research, examples, and references that support strategic thinking and creative development
- Assist with day-to-day team needs including organizing materials, building decks, and turning research into actionable inputs the team can actually use
- Work alongside leads and practitioners in strategy, creative, production, content, and account – observing how each discipline thinks, makes decisions, and contributes.
- Participate in real client work across multiple workstreams, gaining visibility into how research, creative direction, and account strategy connect in practice.
- This role is a strong fit for someone curious about how brands grow and how decisions get made. You'll be exposed to the thinking behind real work, and learn how research, perspective, and judgment shape brand platforms from the inside out.
QualificationsQualifications
- We are looking for interns who possess a problem-solving mentality, have leadership and collaborative qualities, and express curiosity within and beyond their role and team. We encourage you to apply if you have:
- A strong interest in brand strategy, marketing, advertising, and culture
- Curiosity about consumer behavior and why people choose the brands they do
- Interest in strategic thinking, research, and problem‑solving
- An analytical mindset and comfort working through open‑ended problems
- The ability to synthesize information and form a clear point of view
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and care for clarity and precision
- Comfort collaborating with different teams and learning through feedback
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Rising college/university senior or 2024 graduates with/working towards a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Previous internships are a plus but not required

Compensation Range: $20/Hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
