OverviewWe are seeking a hyper-detailed and proactive Account Executive to join a fast-paced, high-visibility accounts. This role is a unique blend of cross-functional precision and account management.
The Account Executive is primarily responsible for the day-to-day account management of their assigned client accounts. This includes managing ongoing client program needs such as strategy, creative, reporting and communications, and liaising with our partners and vendors who oversee related aspects of the client relationship.
Responsibilities- Oversee DSplus account management and strategy across regional client partners, local dealer associations and individual participating dealerships.
- As primary client contact, the Account Executive will be required to forge positive relationships with his or her clients through consistent contact and diligent client service – which will include monthly travel for in-person meetings with certain clients.
- Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the client’s business and demonstrates an on-going commitment and response to his or her clients’ needs.
- Act as the key liaison between the client, internal creative and production teams, and internal or external media and ad-tech partners. Continually ensure everyone has the information they need to execute.
- Serve as the strategic and operational lead in the development and execution of campaigns. Through creative production, client review, media quality assurance, and campaign deployment.
- Prepare, deliver and present program performance reports, summarizing performance, insights, and key metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Regularly gather and prepare all necessary materials to conduct client meetings.
- At times, lead the development of new concept ideas that enhance DSplus’s ongoing business efforts with the client and demonstrate the ability to sell in these concepts to the client
- Support Supervisor on any and all larger client initiatives

Qualifications- 2+ years of direct Client Management experience is required
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising or related field is preferred (not required)
- Advertising agency experience and/or Automotive experience is preferred (not required)
- Digital Advertising and/or Program Management experience is preferred (not required)
- Prior experience creating data driven reports working with reporting tools and analytics
- Advanced knowledge of Emerging Technology (i.e., AI-powered software tools)
- Knowledge of integrated disciplines (Direct Marketing, Paid Social, Search Engine Marketing, Sales Promotion, Lifestyle Marketing, and Point of Sale) is a plus (not required)
- Prior experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Asana, Salesforce and Monday is a plus (not required)
- Proven ability to leverage AI prompting to drive efficiency and effectiveness in client work" (this is from below).
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, A.I. tools, etc.
- Embrace a culture of learning and working smarter with AI.
- Highly proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Doc, Slides, Sheets, Drive, Meet, Chat, Gemini) and Slack. Baseline knowledge of A.I. tools and functions.

Compensation Range: $53,000- $55,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
